in this strong and focused flow, we make some fun with Standing Leg Raise, leaving aside the traditional alignment and working it in flow to strengthen the hips, hamstrings and core. plus, we'll cruise into some really nice stretching and relaxation at the end.

ok, this one does get a little yoga weird...there's some face and jaw massage incorporated: great for clearing out the sinuses during the spring transition, and letting go of the tension we hold in our expressions.
but there's also plenty of regular flow to get your whole body moving. you'll de-stress, find balance, and feel good.

this one goes deep on revolved triangle and its component parts: strong standing postures, twists, and hip opening. you'll start slow and work your way up.

well, it started out to be about twisting triangle...and turned into a discussion about the Down Dog variation where you turn one foot out, bend one knee, tilt your hips up, stretch your hip and hope you're doing it right.
then, the fabulous hellogretchen gives that word salad a rebranding that everyone (with a sense of humour) can appreciate.
