we'll start on the ground with active hip openers and core body awakening...then proceed through a flow targeting the upper back and shoulder opening needed for Eagle / Garudasana and Wheel Pose.
by the time you reach Savasana your IT bands and upper back will be thanking you for the TLC.

it's possible to take it apart and practice the core strength, body awareness, and patience that lead to solid arm balancing (and life) skills.
this practice does just that...in the context of an all-purpose 30 minute flow that will leave you feeling grounded, centered, and just plain good.

the Standing Series is the centerpiece of our vinyasa practice: it's the place where we develop strength, balance, and mobility, while focusing on the postural skills we need to stay upright out there in the real world.
this practice flows through every pose in the series...we don't get too in the weeds with anything, but by the end, you'll have gotten a full-body workout, a solid stretch session, and a sincerely well-earned Savasana.
