We'll focus primarily on deep breathing in a slow, steady rhythm while keeping your face, jaw, and throat relaxed.
In addition, we'll work with simple stretches to ease your body into increased mobility and gentle vinyasa flow to get your circulation going.
Key practices include: seated stretches, down dog, lunges, twists, bird dog balance, and gentle backbends.
