Parsvottanasana (aka Pyramid or Intense Forward Leg Pose) is a stretch....for real. it's an important standing forward bend, because it concentrates on one leg at a time, helping us balance out asymmetries. this short deep dive looks at how to build your stance (hip width), how to work your hips (from your feet), and what to do with your upper body (let go).
