The week after Fourth of July is a little like the first week of a new year: a good time for a reset.
If you've had a little time off from yoga and need to get reconnected, this is the flow for you.
You'll engage your entire body in a mindfulness and mobility practice, get focused, and leave feeling refreshed.
Key practices include: balanced breathing, mindfulness coaching, sun salutations, lunges, twists, balance postures, standing stretches, floor stretches, and relaxation.
