it's really common to get frustrated with meditation because our mind wanders, and we keep having to bring it back again and again.
but that's actually the point.
every time you catch your mind wandering, you're present again. and every time you return your focus to what you're doing -- sitting or lying down and breathing -- you get better at it.
it's like doing pull-ups...it's the pull up itself that makes you stronger. not hanging out on top of the pull-up bar.
give it a go...and know that if you catch yourself getting distracted, you're doing it right!
