this is the first in a series of mix-and-match practices that are good on their own...and play well together.
at three dog yoga, we think of each class as having three chapters, which vary in length and intensity depending on the goal of the practice:
chapter 1 - vinyasa flow / moving meditation
chapter 2 - strengthening poses
chapter 3 - floor work
over the next few weeks, we'll be putting out a few different takes on each chapter...so you can choose your own adventure whenever you like!

so...this one got a little loose (complete with Land Before Time trivia for the 90s kid in all of us), but we got it back.
this class follows our traditional flow and standing sequence, with a non-traditional series of floor postures focused on hip opening, great for loosening up runners, cyclists, desk jockeys and just about every body.
