how can a yoga practice help us make the most of today? buy reminding us to be intentional about how we're doing even the smallest things.
this class focuses on building a solid foundation for each pose by noticing how we place our hands, feet, hips, ribcage, and head when constructing the base of a posture. it's a simple and effective way to ground yourself in the moment and make the most of what you got.
key postures include: planks, down dogs, kneeling side planks, eagle, airplane, half moon, straddle lunges, happy baby, and floor twists. also, Savasana...as your daily memento mori.
