Drishti is the act of setting your gaze in a way that honors your intention. We practice setting our eyes to one external point during the practice of any asana to get more in tune with what's happening inside our bodies and minds.
Mudra is the a practice of hand gestures that allow us to communicate our intention...and shapes the way we receive the practice and the world around us.
