We start with an orientation...to the practice and to ourselves. After that brief seated meditation, we get into a strong and straightforward flow practice to align breath and body in a simple moving meditation.
The whole thing is topped off with a short relaxation, just enough to leave you feeling refreshed and ready for what's next.
