ok, this one does get a little yoga weird...there's some face and jaw massage incorporated: great for clearing out the sinuses during the spring transition, and letting go of the tension we hold in our expressions.
but there's also plenty of regular flow to get your whole body moving. you'll de-stress, find balance, and feel good.

good question! kriyas are breathing practices meant to cleanse and heal the body...in yoga practice, at least the way we practice it here, they're usually breathing patterns linked to specific, repeated movements.
things like cat-and-cow could be considered a kriya...and one of our favorite is the Frog Kriya...no jumping or ribbit-ing involved.

this one is all about getting back to feeling good...particularly when the days are rough and worry abounds.
but even on a great day, more feeling good is a good idea.
it starts in Savasana, takes a good long time in stretching out the usual tight spots, then works through just enough flow to get everything moving...and takes it back to some good deep stretching on the way back to Savasana.
